The Women in Loss Prevention Caucus enjoyed their 7th Annual breakfast at the NRF LP Conference in Atlanta.  Annually, this group meets to network, share and learn from one another.  It was very motivating to see the number of women in attendance, as well as the tenure represented in retail loss prevention.  After networking among the attendees, they heard from Cheryl Blake of Aspect Loss Prevention.  Cheryl provided her insights into this rewarding career field and shared her achievements in the retail sector as well as that of a vendor partner.  This breakfast was another huge success for the Caucus.

The Women in LP Caucus meets annually at the NRF Loss Prevention conference and on a quarterly basis via a conference call to provide sessions for professional development support and resources.  The conference calls are open to everyone in loss prevention.  Additionally, there is a Mentoring program offered to assist loss prevention professionals in advancing their career.  If you would like to become a mentor or mentee, please email Cynthia.Grizzle@Macys.com.
