Ed Wolfe, Vice President of Business Development WG Security Products

With a BS Degree in Criminology and over 30 years of retail Loss Prevention experience leading the LP teams at Neiman Marcus, Carter Hawley Hale, The Home Depot, Polo Ralph Lauren, Bloomingdales and Macy's Ed accomplished a number of milestone events in his career.  From introducing the first computer based interactive training program for store detectives in North America to leading and initiating the first manufacturer driven source tagging initiative while at Home Depot.  He founded and Chaired the first Source Tagging Council for the industry and was instrumental in reaching the first million products that were "source" tagged with an electronic article surveillance tag, a number that now exceeds 8 billion annually.

This past October Ed joined WG Security Products as their Vice President of Business Development and his goal is to apply his subject matter expertise, his unique understanding of the industry, and his vision will enable WG to continue to develop and deliver innovative and superior products and concepts that maximizes today's technology while being focused on cost effective solutions for their business partners.

With WG's new "Eco Smart Green Tag" initiative, Ed is once again spearheading a "first to market" recycling source tagging concept that redefines today's tagging models, eliminates store labor tagging costs, shifts the minimal rental tag cost to the manufacturer, eliminates waste, and delivers a quality hard tag never before offered to vertically integrated companies with a special emphasis on privately labeled merchandise.  This new eco friendly Green Tag program completely redefines the traditional best practices and is a concept that inevitably will take hold.  Using the same model Ed used to launch the hard goods source tagging initiative that now covers 8+ billion products annually this environmentally driven program is today's answer for tomorrow's budgets. And in a recent meeting with a senior merchant at one of the U.S.'s largest soft-lines retailers was told "This is a no Brainer".

Joe Mignone, Vice President Sales/Marketing for Bass Security Services, Inc and newly acquired Girtman & Assoc.

With a Bachelors Degree from Midwestern University in Marketing & Accounting Joe spent over 24 years with ADT in various service, sales, operations, field management and  National Account management positions.  Joining Bass Security four years ago as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing Joe has focused on continuing and strengthening the Bass commitment of out-servicing its competition by providing their customers with an unprecedented level of service and reporting. 

Over the last four years Joe has staffed a national sales team, established great brand equity in the retail industry by adding over 45 major national retailers, and has led the Bass sales team to record accomplishments.  His approach is simple to supply, install, service and maintain any of your physical security needs or requirements by utilizing the products that work best with over 30 years of Bass Security experience of pursuing every advance in security possible.

Pedro Ramos, Vice President of Sales and Operations for Agilence

Pedro is responsible for managing Agilence's retail solutions and audit services organizations after having spent over 16 years in retail Loss Prevention and reverse logistics with Pathmark.  While at Pathmark, he led the effort to re-organize Pathmark's loss prevention program utilizing Agilence's solutions to reduce internal shrink and save more than $8 million annually.

Now his efforts are focused on delivering Agilence's POS Video Auditing solution, Hawkeye to the retail industry.  Hawkeye which helps retailers identify and eliminate margin robbing activities broadens the Loss Prevention executives ability to contribute to a retailers bottom line and find hidden operational shrink while at the same time finding the associate fraud.  

Agilence recently completed a pilot with one customer that was so successful that it was converted to a roll-out three months ahead of schedule.  Hawkeye identified over $3,000,000 of shrink in just 90 days in 30 stores.
